Ingredients
2 Basa fish fillets (can use catfish or whitefish)
2 teaspoon garlic, minced
3 teaspoon sweet chili sauce (found is asian stores)
Fresh lemon juice
Salt
Directions
1. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick or oil spray. Lightly sprinkle the salt over greased foil then squeeze around drops of lemon juice across the surface, and lay fish fillets on the prepared broiler pan.
2. Gently massage 1 teaspoon of minced garlic into each fillet. Baste each fillet generously with sweet chili sauce.
3. Broil under low flame until both fillets turn fleshy and white, and the sweet chili sauce browns and caramelizes the fish.
